Production Infrastructure and Facilities

With a total production area of 31,000 m², our modern facilities are equipped with advanced manufacturing lines capable of producing an average of 1,000 windows and doors per day.
Our production processes utilize high precision automation systems, CNC controlled machinery, and ERP based digital production management systems. This infrastructure enables us to meet both mass production requirements and flexible, project based custom manufacturing demands simultaneously.
Our plastic profile extrusion lines allow the production of profiles in various dimensions and technical specifications, enabling all components required for window systems to be manufactured in house through an integrated structure. In addition, our glass processing department carries out insulated glass production, laminated glass cutting, and custom sizing operations in accordance with high quality standards.
Product Development and Engineering
Each of our products is continuously improved based on technical analyses conducted by our R and D department and feedback from field applications. Products are optimized in terms of quality, insulation performance, and ease of installation.
Our engineering team analyzes project specific requirements from the very beginning, developing the most suitable profile designs, glass combinations, and installation details. Products are designed in compliance with European standards in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, UV resistance, airtightness, durability, and aesthetics, while also allowing customer specific configurations.
