The Eskisehir Model Factory, operating under the Eskisehir Chamber of Industry, has launched applied Lean Manufacturing training and consultancy programs focusing on critical areas such as welding and energy efficiency within industrial enterprises in Eskisehir.
Highlighting the important role of the Eskisehir Model Factory as a center for competence and transformation in the region, ESO Chairman Celalettin Kesikbas stated that four companies have joined the Applied Lean Manufacturing pilot program within the Learn-Transform Consultancy framework. He emphasized that participants will attend the program in four separate phases, where they are encouraged to make mistakes freely and then implement what they learn directly in their own facilities and factories.
Kesikbas also noted that university students participating in the training are introduced to future-oriented concepts and modern production techniques. He concluded by inviting all manufacturers to take part in the Learn-Transform programs to increase their competitiveness through efficient production.
