The Eskisehir Chamber of Industry Model Factory’s Pilot Learn-Transform Program continues at full speed. Following detailed analysis and evaluations among many companies, the first four firms selected for the pilot program are participating in a four month training process consisting of in-class sessions and hands-on workshops.
As part of the program timeline, the first wave of Learn-Transform training, including classroom sessions and model factory workshop activities, was completed at the beginning of January.
Experts from the Eskisehir Model Factory conducted on-site coaching visits at the selected companies, ensuring that the acquired knowledge was implemented in real production environments. Action plans were developed and field applications were closely monitored. This approach enables lean production techniques to be applied directly on the shop floor while supporting the development of in-house lean leaders and contributing to the spread of lean culture and philosophy within companies.
When companies reach the second wave of training, on-site developments will be shared through presentations, helping to build a common knowledge base and maintain continuous exchange of ideas among participants.
The second wave of in-class and workshop training within the ESO Model Factory Pilot Learn-Transform Program will be held on January 30-31 and February 1, 2024.
